Sockets next to bed, there wasn’t any

Location was good, and the apartment was reasonable well equipped. Key pick up and drop off was at a local shop, which went smoothly. Overall, it was OK for a short stay (I was there two nights).

* Bed. Or rather lack of bed! You can sort of tell from the photos, but I think it should have been made clear in the listing, there is only a 'pull down' bed which comes over the sofa. It needed a bit of heft to pull it down / push it up again, so if you think you'd have problems I'd advise contacting them to discuss before booking. The bed, when down, was more comfortable than I thought it would be. But as it isn't a proper bed/bedroom, there was no bedside table, power plug etc. * Ventilation, There is only a single small window in the apartment, which only opens partially, and I guess for security, a plastic screen covers that. So no natural ventilation at all really. There was a small fan provided, which helped, but not much. To make it worse, the window overlooked a car park area and other flats, buildings, so I had to have the blind pulled down for privacy most of the time - further blocking out the limited fresh air. It was very, very, hot the entire time I was there (End June). So I would not advise staying there in the height of summer! * Both the apartment and common building areas were a bit grubby. The common staircase especially was filthy with stains, chewing gum etc. and the apartment sofa and bathroom could also do with a deep clean (stains on sofa cushions, etc.). * There was a lift (which as I was only on the first floor I didn't use), but there were still a couple of steps from the lift to the first floor. Also on the way in, there is a 'inner door' which is pretty heavy to open. These were not a problem for me, but if you have accessibility needs would be worth contacting them before booking to discuss. * I feel the apartment could have done with a "user guide" / instructions to the bed, kitchen appliances, etc. I think I figured it all out (except the how the front door intercom/camera/security access worked!).
