The place is very old n dirty

Living here has been wonderful. My family really likes it and finds it very comfortable. It’s a place where everyone can gather together, enjoy lively moments, and also rest well.

Strong water pressure in bathrooms, bed is quite comfy to sleep in, fairly strategic location - nearby to eateries and malls

Photos advertised and reality looked totally different. The reason we booked this homestay was because it looked new, cozy and clean from the pictures. But all the furniture were actually old, kitchen was not well maintained, felt icky to step into it, dusty feeling too, overall condition of the property was far from what was advertised and expected. Also the room downstairs could be quite noisy too, some random noise from behind. The most disappointing part was the check-in process. The passcode provided did not work, and despite contacting the host’s team, no one responded promptly until several attempt. My friends and I were left waiting outside for over an hour, trying multiple incorrect codes provided, until a technician eventually arrived to resolve the issue. A suggestion to the team is to have a better and proper communication internally to avoid such unpleasant experience for your guest next time. It doesn’t make sense for an owner to not know the passcode and asking the guest to trial and error. We were compensated for the issue with a late check out, but overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience for the price paid, we expected accuracy in the listing and a smoother guest experience. Sadly, this stay was stressful and not what was expected.

I love this place is nice and clean. The most important is the room is comfortable. My family and I having great time and beautiful memories here. Would definately come back again

Complete facilities with aircond for all room including living hall, water heater for all toilet, cutleries, water dispenser, kitchenete is all superb..parking can slot with 3 cars without shuting the main entrance door and even can park opposite road as there is not blocking the neighbours..very close to petronas fuel station can just walk to buy emergency snacks..and very very close to restaurant and shopping mall..living hall is huge and kids friendly too..

There is limitation on water suply..after few usage, upper floor preasure become very slow and few minutes after that there ia no water suply at all..need to contact owner..and instruction from owner was not clear even we have followed the instruction given..the technician came at night and advised that need to switch off the electic for atleast 10second then only the water pressure back to normal..but we need to repeat the step everytime the pressure become low..so not convenienced..

Very convenient to have breakfast, lunch & dinner as there are quite a number of restaurants situated nearby, within 5 to 20 minutes walk only. Groceries shops are also nearby, So convenient for us. Ms Grace was very friendly and proactive in assisting or helping us if any problem arises. Kudos to her.
