Secret Garden Resort & Spa

A reggeli elég szegényes volt egy kis szobában.

A szálláshely régi és elavult. Nem foglalkoznak a karbantartásával se a szobának se a kertnek. A tisztáságával is voltak problémák.

surrounding area: swimming pool, view to Vesuvius mountain, would be really good hotel, but it was very used not refurbished.

the breakfast was half empty with food selection until we made complain to manager, after that 1 day it was ok. Because we staid only 1 day after complaint, so don't know how it would be for us on other days. breakfast, room isolation, there were sound from other rooms when other guest were going to toilet or shower, really bad room isolation....Our VIP room was with very used doors and it was wobbling all the time from the wind. The staff was not speaking in english at all, we always had to translate them to italian language. The guy and a girl who work during breakfast were not polite and professional, they were showing feelings to each other in front of all hotels guests.
