Great house!

Location not close to food

Ich habe dort tolle Leute getroffen und schöne Gespräche, Kaffeerunden und Unternehmungen mit anderen Alleinreisenden geteilt. Die Yogastunden mit Anna haben mir wirklich gut getan. Die Lage ist außerdem ruhig, es gibt einen kleinen Garten zum Entspannen und Sonnen, in ca. 15min ist man zur Steilküste am Meer gelaufen, in 5min ist man an der Bushaltestelle. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Reichweite. Bei der Organisation von Aktivitäten hilft Monica gerne, die ca. 1x am Tag vorbeikommt und sonst sehr gut per WhatsApp zu erreichen ist.

Das Design des Hauses ist recht hübsch, 'deluxe' wie in der Anzeige genannt ist es allerdings nicht. z.B. das Bett: Unter dem dünnen Leintuch war ein Plastikmatratzenschoner, auf dem man herumgerutscht ist. Sowohl die Einrichtung in den Zimmern als auch in der Küche sind eher basic - die Küche wirkt wie eine WG-Küche, die Spülmaschine war rostig und kaputt. Das angebotene Frühstück waren etwas Müsli, Kekse, Obst, Tee und Kaffee, das man sich selbst vom Tablett nehmen und zubereiten konnte. Das Haus ist zudem sehr hellhörig! Die Aktivitäten der Mitbewohner sind auch bei normalem Verhalten (Wasserkocher und Wasserhähne benutzen, Skypegespräche, Klospülung, Gespräch auf Zimmerlautstärke) durch die Wände und geschlossene Tür, teilweise stockwerksübergreifend zu hören. Dies als Info für Personen mit einem leichten Schlaf.

Fantastyczne miejsce z pięknym ogrodem, bliskością oceanu oraz plaż, na których można surfować. Dodatkowo na dole znajduje się dobrze wyposażona sala do jogi, z której można korzystać samemu, ale też warto zapisać się na sesję z prowadzącą, bo są naprawdę wspaniałe. Co najważniejsze w tym domu jest cudowna, przyjacielska atmosfera. Poznałam wielu ciekawych ludzi, którzy też zatrzymali się w tym miejscu, chociaż podróżowałam po raz pierwszy zupełnie sama, ani przez chwilę nie czułam się samotna.

Da facilidade da utilização da cozinha. Da localização calma e com estacionamento. Das zonas para refeições no exterior. Do 'sinta-se como em sua casa' oferecido pela proprietária. De se poder ir a pé para as praias próximas, com uma pequena e saudável caminhada.

Do sistema de detecção de incêndio estar completamente inoperacional. Numa semana em que faleceram seis idosos num lar, devido ao alarme de incêndio não ter alertado os vigilantes, é-se mais sensível a este aspecto.

The shared kitchen is very clean, and the garden is a pleasant place to relax. The house is cosy decorated with a lot of plants. You’ll always find fresh fruit, tea, and coffee available in the kitchen. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ribamar, with easy access by car and free parking. It’s just an 8-minute drive to Ericeira, close to beautiful beaches and surf spots. I also enjoyed day trips to Sintra and Óbidos. Please note that there are some house rules that may not suit everyone, such as no shoes inside and no eating fish or meat. The room with sea view has a comfortable chair and a spacious wardrobe. The private bathroom was nice, with a warm shower, and I appreciated being able to prepare my own breakfast and dinner.

The house is quite noisy, which disturbed my sleep. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, and the bedding felt synthetic and a little warm. There was no air conditioning or TV, and with the window open, I experienced some mosquitos as well as street and construction noise. A fan was available on request. I stayed for 9 nights; while fresh towels and bedding were provided, the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. The WiFi was often slow but usable.
