The Property failed to communicate with me prior to my arrival, in order to give me check-in instructions. I reached out to the property by phone, text, and email, with no response. It wasn't until I arrived at the property, that I finally received a message from someone stating that they were unable to accommodate my booking, due to the fact that my room was already occupied by another guest. I then replied, what shall I do? At that point, the property never responded or refunded my money. I don't recommend that anyone take a chance with this one. Very unprofessional & Possible Scam!
