Posizione comoda, il centro è molto vicino così come la spiaggia in caso non si abbia voglia di spostarsi in macchina per mete più lontane.

Appartamento dalle grandi potenzialità ma tenuto molto male, mancava porta chiusura doccia, specchio del bagno rotto, seconda doccia non funzionante, prato esterno credo mai tagliato almeno per qualche mese e altre defezioni rendono purtroppo non positivo il voto finale dell'appartamento nel rapporto qualità prezzo nel periodo fine giugno inizio luglio.
