"Ótimo"

O apartamento está numa boa localização, tinha uma varanda ótima, estava bem equipado e muito limpo.

O colchão da cama de casal não era muito confortável e as facas de cozinha cortavam mal.

"Ótima estadia"

Apartamento novo mobilado com bom gosto. Ótima varanda que circunda o apartamento e onde é possível tomar as refeiçoes ou simplesmente apanhar sol. Cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo pequenos eletrodomésticos (máquina café; jarro de água elétrico e torradeira). Estaconamento privativo coberto (embora também não seja difícil estacionar à superfície já dentro do condomínio fechado).

Um pequeno pormenor: seria interessante encontrar uma solução para pendurar as toalhas dentro das casas de banho O processo de emissão da fatura com número de contribuinte não é muito claro. Tendo em conta que a entidade gestora apenas dá um dia (!) para o cliente solicitar a fatura com número de contibuinte essa informação devia estar bem realçada nas informações prévias à reserva.

"We are already planning our next stay!"

The first thing we thought when we walked into this apartment was.. are we the first people to stay here?? It was spotless clean. All bedding and towels are crisp white, just like a top class hotel. The fixtures and fittings are high spec, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and super fast broadband. There is also a smart TV so were able to login in our netflix account. This truly was a home from home holiday but better! The view of the pool in the morning when the shutters open is wonderful. The shutters are high class.. full blackout! So, napping during the day or keeping the kids in bed longer in the morning are both guaranteed! The location of this apartment is fantastic.. just under an hour from Faro airport and within walking distance of the beach, supermarket, shops, bars, restraunts and ATM machines. The hosts were helpful and friendly during check in (my elderly parents checked in for us as we were arriving on a very late flight).

Clean, modern, with a good pool and convenient underground parking. The spacious terrace (balcony) allows you to practice yoga in the fresh air:) The apartment has all you need for living. Good location, close to the beaches (5 min walk to Rocha). Supermarkets (Lidl and Continente) are in 3 minutes drive. There are also good beaches around the town, e.g. Praia Grande in 15 min drive.
