Cozy and nice apartments where you can find all you need.

Everything was fine.

The property was beautifully designed and even more amazing in person . It had plenty of storage for our family of four on a city break. We made use of the sofa bed too and it was really comfortable. The spacious apartment had everything you would need from wash and drying facilities to a coffee maker. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils etc. if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal . The was a lovely indoor and outdoor dining area too . The bedrooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated too . The air con in all the living areas was so welcome after warm day exploring Valencia . The apartment felt really safe and quiet that sometimes you would forget there is a city outside. The nearest supermarket had absolutely everything you would need and was literally across the road . The walk to the city centre was lovely and only took about 15 minutes but the bus stop to take you there and back was only a street away if you were too tired to walk . The owner made himself contactable for anything we needed and was really helpful with information about the property and the facilities around it . We had the most pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henrik and his property to anyone planning a trip to Valencia ..

There was nothing we didn’t like…

the host was very helpful, very clean, everything was really good. the host was very very good, gave a lot of information before the trip as to transport, check in, check out, everything. he went above and beyond. the apartment itself was very clean and very cosy.

Everything was great

Easy access, beds and shower are good.

There is no washing machine despite saying there is. Back doors don't lock. There is no soundproofing. There were weird noises from neighboring buildings all night long.

Problem with old electicity

Big and beautiful apartment situated at 25 min from center. The host is very nice and we had just wtsapp comunication (very good). Better in reality then in pictures!!!

Just 1 coffee cups for 4 persons :)
