"Great location, ideal for larger families"

A fabulously large house, in a great location. Was the perfect size for our family. Well decorated and on the whole neat and tidy. Lounge was a great size, enabling us to all relax together. Owner / manager was super responsive to our questions and really helpful.

Just a few niggles really. One of the showers we couldn't get the temperature to change, so was scolding hot and couldn't get the bathroom door to lock. Out other piece of feedback is really quite minor but as owners of holiday homes it's something we notice..the bed linen was not ironed, so this does make you question if bedding is clean. It was, as smelt washed, but maybe consider using a linen company to supply matching towels and iron bed linen.

The property was absolutely amazing, nicely decorated, very clean and perfect for our stay. Lots of space which is handy with a big group and everyone could sit around the table comfortably.

The showers were so hot sometimes it was burning the skin and couldn’t change the temp even when turning the dial down.

"November trip to Brighton"

Its a great place , we live in Brighton and our friends visit from the North , the front room and kitchen area are large and great for sitting around and catching up , all bedrooms had bathrooms so great for getting ready for a day out in Brighton , it's a 15 minute walk to Brighton station so a great location too

The heating was just a bit confusing , upstairs got really warm and downstairs not so , the cutlery draw in the kitchen is great fun to try and find , maybe another couple of full length mirrors for getting ready, but honestly the likes far outweighed these points.

Situated in fab location for us. The outside is deceptive, once inside you're spoilt with spacious rooms and en-suites. Whole house is beautifully decorated and equipped. Would 100% stay again.
