Location is very good. Easily accessible to restaurants, retail outlets and near the station and waterfront. Overall it’s a wonderful place.

The apartment main door locks can be changed with the smart lock. So can open with smart cards.

The inside of the apartment was very quiet, modern, and accommodating. It looks exactly like the pics It met all our expectations in terms of the beautiful views and furniture. Full view of Table Mountain, the train station, and Golden Acre. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of packing space for clothing and bathrooms tidy & clean. The location off Bree Street is perfect and so close to everything we needed to do and see As a born & bred Capetonian living overseas for 20 years, it was a pure delight being in the heart of the CBD. What I did not like was the constant tenants smoking weed right outside the sliding doors and foyer smelling of it. It was so bad coming out of the lift onto our floor and walking through the smell of marijuana every day. Our apartment smelled like marijuana from the day we entered until the day we left. It automatically comes through the vents. We travelled with our two teenage daughters 16 &18, and having tenants knocking on our door was the weirdest thing that made us feel unsafe at times. The first day, the cleaner Maria mentioned that someone was knocking nonstop. I'm not sure if they wanted to beg, but that is just not good. In all fairness, staying in an apartment mixed with probably long/ short-term tenants, anything can be expected. I wish that was more clear in the description of the property. We definitely would have opted for something more private and reserved concerning the facility.

The location, the apartment looked exactly as the pics, amazing panoramic views, the security for the building is also great, the host was hands on but not overbearing and my late check in was seamless. Overall great stay!
