Gilpin villa 4Bedroom WiFi, Parking, Netflix, Garden

It's in a quiet street, not far from the centre of Gloucester Town and was very handy for the Tall Ships festival. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of plates, cups, cooking items, which is great if you are a large party. The bedrooms are well laid out and it was very accessible if one of your party is in a wheelchair. One small step into and out of property at front and rear. Great parking, with no issues. WiFi also good. Nice sized table for meals that comfortably seats 8.

Noise meter installed - No idea this was the case before booking. Even more annoyed that I got a text message and voicemail saying we had triggered the noise level at 8pm on a Saturday evening with 6 adults and 1 child playing a Pop up Pirate game. Although lots of dishes, they were obviously brand new and had not been washed as all still had IKEA stickers on them. Bedrooms lacking mirrors to do hair and make up. Area around TV has limited seating. One main bathroom and one toilet off bedroom downstairs.

Such a cute home with the best outdoor play cave for the family. My kids had a blast with all the available games and having a place outside the house for them allowed us to get a lot of work done. The house was clean and the kitchen knives were super sharp which is important to us. We loved having space for all to sit around the table. Aldi and sainsbury are close and access to the highway was quick. It was nice to have a gas stove and we enjoyed celebrating our son's birthday here

There isn't much in the area. We used it as a stopover on a long road trip so it was fine but the neighborhood isn't super prestine. Pretty minor detail but I would have liked to know it's a bit tired. If you plan to drive into the cotswolds you are about an hour (more with traffic) We learned goucester doesn't have the best rep for safety but we didn't have any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and it was a great place to reset before continuing to busy parts of the country

Nice size, good value and good location for us

Really needs more than one bathroom for this many guests. We booked for 9 however really suitable for 7.

A very open plan property, clean & comfortable. The garden was spacious & enough parking for three cars , plus on road parking as well. Everything needed was supplied inside , & it was priced very reasonably. Six of stayed on this occasion.. & we guess that we saved a fortune by not going down the hotel route.

Upstairs toilet might have been a bit handy, but there’s no reason why going down stairs would be a problem, even at our age.

Communication with the host was great from start to finish. House was exceptional value for money. Although it's not in centre of town there are regular buses a 10-minute stroll away. The house itself was amazing. Everything was new and clean. We were easily able to park three cars on the drive. I would highly recommend people consider staying at this property.

I cannot fault any aspect of our stay.
