Location and easy parking, even if paid. The house is now equipped with A\C in each bedroom and four vertical air ventilators. The kitchen had the basics which was enough for us. Aldi supermarket right in front of us and the Railway central station at walking distance. Thai restaurant in front of the building is also good.
Noisy neighbours at 05H00 in the morning. Questionable regarding the option of having washing machine instead of a dish washing machine. Wi-fi I could not honestly find the password. I had to request by Booking messaging, which was given afterwards. Some very small maintenance might be still needed, but nothing major.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It’s very close to a mosque, which is convenient for Muslim guests. There is also a grocery store just in front of the apartment, making it easy to get daily essentials. In addition, Kalati Station is nearby, which makes travelling around the city very convenient.
Overall, everything was good. However, we did experience an issue with the heater. Although the owner managed to resolve it, the response was slightly delayed. Also, the check-out time is a bit early at 10:00 AM.

Very comfortable accomodation, we felt like at home :).
Everything was perfect, except the accomodation does not have air conditioning, co when it is hot summer day, it is bad during the day and also night inside.
