"I want to return!"

We came on the off season snd felt like we had the beach and staff at our beck and call and dinner each night was great!

The vanilla shake could have had more ice cream in it.

"Very Tasty yet Extremely Disappointing Rooms and Service"

Restaurant Spa Pool Dive/whale center

Rooms are in awful conditions Cockroaches, leaking toilet, clogged sink, the list is very long… and never a word of apology in a 500€ room/night Service at reception in simply unacceptable 🤷‍♂️

"Feels like heaven on earth"

It’s the perfect balance between nature and comfort. It is positioned alongside one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen and the huts are hidden among trees- making you feel like you’re staying in a tropical forest. The resort offers lots of services. The food is high quality and the staff are very attentive. The pictures online don’t do justice to the place. It’s more than a resort, it’s a unique vibe.

"The staff and their smile is what will make me us come back."

The staff is their quality. They always have a smile and are there for you in case of need. Having the road conditions, being 5 minutes from the airport is amazing. The meals during dinner was also fantastic

The Villa Charmante is not a good option for a family with a little one of 3. It is a 4star hotel but at least there should be a kettle to boil water. No wifi in the rooms, only in the lounge.

"Favorite stay in Madagascar"

This was my favorite stay in Madagascar. The immaculate grounds, the spacious villas, the bar and restaurant, the spa, good wifi in the reception and lounge, and above all, the staff! The attention to detail at this property is amazing and the staff and management are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their guests are completely satisfied. I stayed on half board and both breakfasts and dinners were delicious. I really wish I could have stayed a few extra days. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Food, confort and the staf. The pool

The see is not proper for swiming( rocs, aparently sea ​​urchins and see weeds). We enjoyed the pool
