Beachview OC 1 Ocean Block

Refrigerator was broken, tub didn’t work, other guests entered the apartment because they were given our code.. elevator was broken it was 4 floors.. tv in main area didn’t work.. we called to complain and were ignored. Lamps were broken.. broken windows .. couch had a HUGE hole in it!! Just horrible

Very close to the board walk and beach. Had enough room for 14 of us.

It was a little dirty and run down.

The location was excellent! It was convenient and within walking distance everything on the inlet side of OC. Since it is located right in the mix, you could hear everything outside so I would recommend to bring a sound machine. We had four families stay. Each family had their own floor/level and bathroom which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was the only valued in the property

Very difficult to get any advance information on the property. Place was dirty, rundown, no kitchen hardware, blinds broken, most lights were dead in bedrooms, kitchen, etc. , elevator did not function, no beach chairs, no place to rinse off sand after beach, extremely noisy. It appears the rental was intended for high school kids (spring break) not FAMILY friendly

I liked the location and the place was nicely set up.

There were no blankets, nothing to sweep with, and the owners were slow to respond/ didn’t answer the phone after multiple calls.
