Beachview OC 2 Ocean Block

It was a nice and roomy place, close to the boardwalk. Had seperate bedrooms, kitchen is nice and has dishes, beds were comfortable. Was over all a very nice place, just needs a few repairs as listed.

Air conditioning did not work properly, each floor you went up was warmer and 4th floor was hot. Elevator did not work, there was no notification that the place is 4 levels and you have to use stairs, no closet on level 4. Level 4 has low water pressure in shower and no closet.

Had plenty of beds

It wasn’t clean at all the floor was so dirty showers were dirty. Don’t be fooled by the pictures it hardly looked like them. Railings were falling off so you cant hold onto them going up and down the stairs

The location was great. The layout of the condo was nice. Alot of bathrooms for our large family stay which was great!!! Very spacious . Very convenient to beach and boardwalk.

Not enought dishes or silverware for amount of ppl allowed in the condo. Floors not cleaned. A lot of broken window blinds and some windows without blinds.

A lot of room for the entire family which consisted of 7 people. All had our own bedroom in different floors with a bathroom on each floor.

People parking in our parking spots several different times and with the elevators worked for my parents who are older. This would have been a great asset to the property.

It was roomy

Looked like a party happened before we got there. Broken toilet, shower didn't work fridgeclooked like it was beaten with a ball bat.

Only the location

Not true to pictures, dirty, no blankets on any beds, bed frames stained, dirty uncomfortable couches, extremely uncomfortable bed. Had to buy blankets and toilet paper, blinds were broken, two toilets not flushing some outlets not working and only two TVs worked out of 4 of them
