"Good Value for money but the traffic out is poor."

I really like the Nice apartment..Host very accommodating and very friendly. View was superb. Swimming Pool very big and nice.Near by have great food and walking distance.

1 of the lift is not working, causing hassle for visitors. Exiting the place was very bad due to the long queue for 1hr to 2hr due to limited lifts.from the car park to exit, it also takes about 1 hour due to the route only 1 and there is no alternative route.

"THE BEST HOUSE IN MELAKA"

All facilities very complete and very clean.The view from the balcony is very beautiful and don't lose to take this house. If anyone wants to come to Melaka, I recommend to take this house. comfortable and very very clean. worth the price...Congratulations to the owner...good job👏👏👏

good water pressure lift speed is good during peak time WIFI

Very basic room with smell No drinking water/ coffee/ 3 in 1/ No netflix/ Bathroom and Kitchen cleaning needs to be improved. Have an old box with the pan at the washing machine area. Heavy traffic jem for entering and exiting the facility .
