The interior looks similar to the photos and it seemed clean.

The property doesn't exist at the advertised address. On the day of arrival, you will be sent an address 2km away, so if you book this property because you think you will be close to Ubud center, you won't be. It adds another 30 minutes walk minimum. The check-in experience was also awful, we had to wait for ages for someone to arrive. We left, and at this moment we have not received a refund for false advertising. The manager was rude and said he will not refund because they did give me the address on the day. I was not informed within cancellation period that the address is literally miles away. I have a right to know and cancel if I am not happy with new information. Don't recommend.

The name of the listing is misleading. It says it’s apartment 26# at Parq. I booked for this reason as I was attending a Ballet at Parq, and needed my baby / babysitter in the same venue. The location is 10 minutes down the road, down a dimly lit road not wide enough for a car and no parking available. Also the villa contact only told me the location of the villa at 6.44pm after asking for directions at 5.45pm. I was waiting for 1 hour with my baby and the show began at 7pm. Unfortunately when we arrived late to the apartment, we missed the show. To add to this, something Spokey was happening in the room. My baby kept on crying hysterically and pointing at the corner, so we ended up leaving at 12am. So as you can imagine, our night and sleep ruined.
