convenience to Halifax - clean , comfortable and overall warm and welcoming. easy to gain access and park- owners very quick on replying to any questions - before we arrived. excellent facilities.

Great location amazing value for money

Location to Halifax, 20 mins on foot or a couple of mins on the frequent bus service at the end of the street. Property was very clean.

The space and view.

Just the back steps as no railings but apart from that was all good.

House was clean and reasonably comfortable. Would be great for family. Great having washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Cooking utensils and equipment adequate. Appreciated toiletries in bathroom. Very quiet location. Neighbours were very friendly and helpful..

Biggest drawback was Lounge furniture and TV positioning. TV placed on wall, which would normally be ok except Lounge furniture positioning was at right angles to tv and placed quite high up on wall making watching quite uncomfortable. Sofa unit was too bulky and heavy to reposition. 2 seater sofa bed not very comfortable to use as alternative. Suggest placing TV in corner by window or reorientating main sofa to face TV. No available instructions for any appliances. Spent first night without hot water as boiler was switched off and was not clear was combi. No tourist information provided regarding local amenities or attractions. We left maps which were easily acquired from town. Would have been happy to place recycling for collection but no notice advising collection day and collection been and gone before we knew. Came close to cancelling on day of booking as site confusingly advised 'no internet availability' We had to check with owner. Good fast WiFi is indeed available.
