Struttura accogliente e camera pulita, solo che la vasca idromassaggio era 45 gradi impossibile da abbassare l temperatura e la cosa più deludente di questo soggiorno è stata la doccia: essendo che lo scarico della doccia era intasato (non ne eravamo al corrente) ci siamo ritrovati con la stanza completamente allagata. Dopo aver chiamato la responsabile,che affermava di non essere al corrente della situazione,ha provveduto in maniera non efficace.nel pernotto abbiamo provveduto noi stessi ad asciugare per terra. In fine l’accordo con la responsabile è stato di riavere il rimborso del 50%, detto ciò sono passate quasi 3 settimane e non abbiamo ancora ricevuto nessun rimborso.
