Spacious house

Dishwasher not in a convenient spot. Kitchen ceiling lights are too low. My son is 1.76m and had been bumped into the lights a few times during our stay. Dryer and washing machine are not in ideal location. It's inside one of bedrooms.

The size of the house

Beds very hard the rubbish bins out side were full when we arrived. The house was run down overall

There was no basic kitchen equipment ie mixing bowls, store containers,dish cloths Curtains coming off tracks Mold on window sills Showers had mold Main bathroom shower head not working properly Dryer unusable Spoons on kitchen drawer with mold on Rubbish bins outside overflowing couldn’t be used Needs good vacuum under all beds and lounge suite Washing machine needs a cleaner through it

House was good value, very spacious, nice and tidy great outdoor seating area, overall great house

Was a great location for us to get to the event. Nice quiet neighbourhood with walkable streets and playground for the kids. 2min drive to new world and food. Spacious lounge and kitchen. Plenty of room.

There was only one comfortable bed, all the rest were quite hard and not for us unfortunately. No aircon in rooms or fans, was very hot.

The only bin outside the toilet was in the kitchen and was very small. The red bin was already full by the time we got in.

Great location quiet and handy to town. House was big enough for all of us and surprisingly easy to heat once we worked out the kitchen heat pump.

The hanging light between kitchen and dining area had our 6ft guy nearly needing stitches a few times, the curtains need to be sorted master ones didn't like opening or closing and came off almost when opening one morning, the sitting room ones where broken, I did put them back on properly but need new hooks, would be nice if some where put up in the kitchen/dinning area for privacy too. The dryer caused condensation in the bedroom it is in, which was not ideal. I didn't check the bedrooms, but there are no smoke alarms in the main living areas or master bedroom. Also, there was no room in the wheely bin to put rubbish.
