Excellent location with amazing decor. Attentive staff and super breakfast. The view at night from the Victory bar was stupendous as were the cocktails.

"Superb hip location with relaxing views of the waterways, ideal base to explore the city."

The hotel's location is simply perfect, right by the main river in a hip neighborhood, with stunning views of the opera house. Relaxing in the windowsill and observing the boat traffic was great. Grab a bike and get anywhere in the city quickly. Staff was very friendly and breakfast delicious.

On check-in I was offered an upgrade to the seventh floor, but I was told by staff that some guests were bothered by noise from the bar on the eight floor. To be honest, there were some loud contact sounds coming through when the bar closed during the night. But the room and views were more than worth it, so it did not affect a great stay for me.
