Location, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly

The property was lovely! It exceeded our expectations massively. There were convenient car parks near by, the location is lovely, and the apartment itself was perfect! I had an incredible nights sleep each night I was there and it was great value for money.

I expected a living room of sorts however we used the larger bedroom as a communal area when we were in the property and that was absolutely no problem at all! Not a negative, just something I thought I’d point out.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and information. Very handy for railway station and attractions. Ten minute walk to National Railway Museum and shops.

Everything was just fine

Great location, clean, warm and spacious.

The property was located in a quiet area and only a 3 - 5 minute walk into the centre of the city. A Sainsbury’s local was a 2 minute walk away and there were several cafes and takeaways in the vicinity. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. A small kitchen offered everything you could need for a self catering stay. The bathroom was clean (perhaps a shelf to accommodate toiletries would be useful) The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. The host messaged the morning after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed which was appreciated.

Nothing - met our expectations.

A very comfortable property. Bedrooms were large and pleasant. Very good heating.

There is no room for people to sit together other than in bedrooms, which is a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen door doesn’t stay open which is annoying. It would benefit from a coffee machine.

Great location - everything we wanted to see was 10-15 minute walk. It was clean and warm.

Only suggestion would be a shelving unit in the bathroom would be handy so wash bags/make up bags don’t have to sit on the floor.

Clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Quiet surroundings, perfectly located for all the things we had booked. Check in instructions were clear and simple, host communication was great.

No negatives, everything was great.

We did like everything, the flat was clean and besides being spacious, it is at a short walk distance from the town centre. It's in a quiet area, so it's perfect to get a restful night as well. We loved our stay!!!!
