Roula's house on the beach

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved it! The host, Martina, was wonderful – she personally greeted us on arrival and gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in Skiathos. The location is perfect, just about a 10-minute walk to the port with all the little shops, and right on the beach. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day by the sea. The room was very clean and tidy, the sheets and towels white and beautiful and clean. There is a little drying rack on the balcony which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skiathos!

We really enjoyed our stay – the place was overall very clean and tidy, and we felt comfortable the whole time. The only small thing we noticed was that the cleaning wasn’t always completely consistent. For example, one day the bathroom bin wasn’t given a new trash bag, which is essential in Greece since you can’t flush toilet paper. On some days it also seemed like the floors weren’t cleaned, so a little sand would remain inside. It wasn’t a big issue, just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return!

La posizione

Nuova, ben posizionata (pochi metri dal mare e 15’ dal centro di Skiathos), pulita, ottimizzata nell’uso degli spazi, bagno eccellente e per ultimo la vasca idromassaggio esterna è la “ciliegina sulla torta”

Non ne avevamo la necessità ma se avessimo voluto cucinare avremmo avuto troppi poche pentole. Il servizio wi-fi offre una connessione internet molto lenta.

C'est super bien placé, difficile de faire mieux à Skiathos, avec un accès direct à la plage de Magalie Amos. L'appart est propre et confortable, le personnel est disponible et sympa, je recommande sans hésiter. On aurait souhaité prolonger le séjour mais dommage il n'y avait plus de disponibilité.

Pas de machine à laver dans l'appart ni dans l'immeuble. C'est un service qui peut être mis en place facilement soit dans l'appartement ou dans les parties communes, même payant
