La mia vacanza è stata rovinata in quanto l'host, pur avendo avuto possibilità, non ha comunicato nei messaggi dei giorni precedenti l’arrivo in struttura, che il condizionatore della camera da letto per 4 persone era ROTTO. In quei giorni, in particolare il 9 agosto, la temperatura esterna sfiorava i 40°, immaginiamoci la temperatura all’interno della camera di quel sottotetto mansardato. Quando abbiamo rappresentato la problematica, l'host ci ha riferito che dovevamo adattarci e che era stato messo in camera un ventilatore proprio per sopperire a tale situazione, ASSURDO date quelle temperature e che in famiglia siamo in 5. Abbiamo chiesto all'host di trovare un'alternativa, ma ci è stato ribadito che alternative non ve ne erano se non quella di adattarci. Dato che in camera non si respirava, tant'è che i miei familiari si stavano sentendo male, abbiamo comunicato che avremmo lasciato subito la struttura, chiedendo il rimborso. L'host ci riferiva che dovevamo rivolgerci a Booking. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato l'assistenza di Booking per segnalare l’accaduto e dopo lunga attesa telefonica prima di avere risposta, data la situazione (erano le ore 20 circa) decidevamo di iniziare il lungo viaggio di rientro a casa (600km). Abbiamo documentato, con varie e-mail, sia la situazione che cominicatoci dalll'host in quella circostanza (rottura del condizionatore e che avremmo dovuto adattarci senza offrirci alternative), ma booking ci riferiva che l’host aveva negato il rimborso in quanto non avevamo accettato l’alternativa proposta. Ribadisco che oltre al ventilatore nessuna alternativa ci aveva offerta quella sera. Spero che mi verranno restituiti i miei soldi, ma ad oggi nulla è cambiato

Una mansarda carina e accogliente, con grandi spazi curati nei particolri. Pulita e odinata. Sono stati molto disponibili al nostro arrivo. Grazie di tutto

The owner was very helpful and patient since we ended up arriving very late due to mixing up this location with another Perla Delle 5 Terre that was located in Vernazza in La Spezia Province but actually in Cinque Terre. We had just pressed the directions on that website and ended up in the wrong place. Her husband and sister met us since she had to work and they were late to a wedding they were going to on our account. The place was spacious enough and clean. It was a decent location to reach the train to Cinque Terre.

Air conditioning was advertised, but did not work. Therefore, we had to keep the window open to try to cool the room down. It was on a noisy street making it hard to sleep, especially with the window open. The wifi was also spotty and the shower was very hard to adjust. It was scalding hot unless you got it exactly in the right spot. We feel the price was a bit high for what we got.
