Our stay at this property was, unfortunately, far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. While the location may have its merits, the apartment itself presented a series of significant problems that impacted our comfort and safety. Major Issues: Extreme Lack of Soundproofing: This was the most disruptive problem. There is absolutely no insulation between units. We could clearly hear and even follow the movements of neighbors in the hallway and adjacent apartments. The windows do nothing to block street or terrace noise, making sleep difficult even with considerate neighbors. New Year's Eve was, as you can imagine, impossible. Safety and Maintenance Hazards: The water heater is faulty. It builds up pressure when heating and leaks onto the kitchen counter. On our first morning, we found our bread completely soaked from overnight leakage. Furthermore, after heavy rain, a cascade of water flowed down the internal staircase, making it dangerously slippery. A neighbor nearly fell. Non-Functional and Broken Furnishings: The sofa bed was broken, yet we were not informed beforehand. We had to sleep on it the first night before a temporary camp bed was provided the next day. The listed Jacuzzi was out of order for the duration of our stay. Functional Inconveniences: The kitchen is too small to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people for dining. There is an insufficient amount of cutlery and plates (missing knives, forks, not enough dishes). The designated dining area with a table is located on the roof, requiring you to leave the apartment entirely to access it, which is impractical. In summary, this rental suffers from critical maintenance issues, a severe lack of basic soundproofing, and misleading amenities. We cannot recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful, functional, or fully-equipped accommodation.
