Je tiens à vous féliciter pour la qualité exceptionnelle de votre appartement. Tout était parfaitement décoré avec goût, propre et bien entretenu. Les équipements étaient complets et de très bonne qualité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans avoir à trop nous déplacer. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander votre logement, et nous espérons revenir très bientôt !

The location is fantastic, a stroll from The beach and very central. It is a very modern and stylish apartment.

According to the ad the outdoor pool is available from May 1. We could not access the pool as the door was locked. When we contacted the property they said the pool is closed until June 15. The ad still states the pool opens May 1st. I contacted the property on many occasions questioning this, I was ignored many times and the other times I was told it wasn’t her fault. I paid for a property with a pool, she refused to compensate me as she said I could go to the beach. I had to buy hand soap for the bathroom, there was none provided. There is a washing machine but again no detergent provided. I usually wash the sheets and towels for the property but I couldn’t do this on this occasion. The coffee machine is provided but no indication as to what pods to buy. One box would surely be a nice touch. The ad mentions a bottle of wine, it wasn’t there. Not a big deal but why mention it. Although she also mentions a pool which didn’t materialise. Booking.com also tried to reach out to her re the pool but she also ignored them. We couldn’t access the property on arrival. I rang her and she explained how to use the nuki app. I explained I knew how to use it but it wouldn’t open. Only when I sent her pictures of the issue did she believe me. Then, she was there within ten minutes - the battery in the key machine on door had gone.
