USUSThe house is cute on the inside needs a little more upgrading. Like as far as the window blinds. The windows itself are out of date and the master bedroom didn't have a doorknob to be able to sit the room door. There where two Tv's that didn't work our whole 3 day stay. With no help from them fixing them or replacing them. The washer did not work as well which was a disappointment. So my family had to go without Tv and a washer our whole stay at this house. Couldn't sit at the table, most of the chairs where broke. She/ he would respond but I honestly don't think they was even trying to help. Just trying to make me feel as though up until my stay was over. I will be contacting booking.com about all of this.

Nothing work no tv no washer and it had bugs ..we arrived the cleaning service pull up to clean the house so couldn’t check in until after 7pm

Property boasted having a lot of amenities, but most didn’t work. We didn’t have WiFi for the first 2 days of our trip. The washer couldn’t turn on. There wasn’t any laundry soap available onsite, so we bought some, just to come back & discover that the washer didn’t work. The vent tubing for the dryer was disconnected, making it unusable. It was very important for us when deciding on our place to stay, that there was a working washer/ dryer, so we were very upset to discover that this property HAD them, they just didn’t work. There was a dishwasher, with no dish soap, rendering it useless as well. The fireplace was electric & did not respond to its remote. Neither of the TVs on property worked. They couldn’t even turn on. Curtains at window between kitchen & dining table stained hot pink. Shower curtains had rust and mold on them. A pillow stained with what we assumed is vomit or urine was discovered on larger bed in 2nd bedroom. Both color & smell made us come to this conclusion. Property did not disclose that they had an additional rental barn/unit in the back, which made us uncomfortable. Had we known, we would not have booked in the first place.
