Sabanas limpias y camas cómodas.

No habia agua caliente, nos pusimos en contacto por la aplicación para explicar la incidencia,..despues de todo el dia en un torneo deportivo de mi hija y querer llegar al hotel a ducharte y comprobar que no hay agua caliente y que te respondan que nadie va a venir a arreglarlo y que es lo que hay. Por mucho que te abonen una parte del importe pagado, el problema no se soluciono.

lo espacioso que era la habitación, y lo comoda que era la cama.

Que no tuviera parking pero en Lloret los hoteles no suelen tener. No tuvimos agua caliente, nos atendieron al numero de atención porque no hay personal en el hotel pero no solucionaron el problema. No nos pudimos duchar asi que el precio me parecio aun más caro sin poder aprovechar la ducha.
