Beautiful big windows, scenery, hot pool , decor Just everything.

Everything. It was perfect. We booked last minute after our original accommodation booking was closed down. We couldn't believe our luck when we found the Kiwi Suite Carmon welcomed us with a breakfast basket fit for a king, with homemade bread, batter mix, and berries for waffles, bacon and eggs, and 2 litres of milk. A big bar of chocolate and a bottle of wine. Not to mention butter, cream and syrups in the fridge. There was also a vast selection of beverages, including a coffee maker, decaf and herb teas, as well as black tea and hot chocolate. The accommodation had a sumptuous bed, a log fire, an awesome bath, and outside, a hot tub. I would definitely recommend Kiwi Suite to my family and friends.

This was an amazing stay. We booked both apartments as we were getting married in Hobbiton and Carmen was so accommodating allowing us to have guests over and allow for our parents campervan to be parked on site too. They really helped make our special day even better. The facilities were amazing, loved the decor, and the waffle breakfast. Would love to stay again if we're ever back in the area.

Decorative and quirky interior. Comfy bed. The log burner was well stocked and easy to light. The fridge was well stocked.

For the same cost It lacked equitable facilities that the linked property had ie dishwasher, kitchen drawers, bedside table lamp and steamer. It was unfortunate on our stay that cyclone Tam was still lashing, the internal flu from the fire rattled continuously, so sleep was difficult. I’m sure in warmer weather this would not be an issue.

This place was the highlight of our 2 week stay in NZ. A beautiful unit, superbly decorated, with a great kitchen, coffee machine, all the mod cons AND the most magnificent outdoor hot tub. Even in the rain we enjoyed eating in the outdoor eating area on the deck. Breakfast supplied was a wonderful home baked bread loaf, preprepared waffle mix with bacon and maple syrup, and a bottle of champagne. Just idyllic!
