USLocation was excellent, within walking distance of all the activities downtown, and a short walk to the beach on East Twin Lake. Pets are allowed, which could be a plus or a minus.
This is the historic 1948 Neuenfeldt Hotel. The Neuenfeldt family was a prominent Lewiston family who served their community faithfully. In the 1950's and 1960's, most families camped while on vacation and staying at a hotel with bed, closet, sink, shower and toilet was a bit of a luxury. Nowadays, expectations are different, and most hotels offer A/C, microwave, refrigerator, desk space, pool, Internet, TV, breakfast and other amenities. None of these were available and the room was extremely cramped.

Missing a refrigerator and or a microwave 😢... Other than everything was exceptional.
