Das Viertel ist sehr schön, etwas ruhiger als die Innenstadt, aber mit Restaurants ohne Ende. Die Terrasse ist der Hammer! Bester Überblick über die gesamte Stadt! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeeber sind top.

El ascensor no funcionaba

Nice location, Séville sights easily walkable. Host provided easy and proactive communication. Check in was a breeze. The roof top terrace was amazing, a great place to relax.

El apartamento es perfecto, es acogedor y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Esta muy bien comunicado con el transporte público, con bares, cafeterías y supermercados.

The apartment is perfect. 1. The apartment is very warm. This is very important to us, as we often encountered cold apartments due to the lack of central heating. Each room has an air conditioner and an additional radiator. We used the radiators in the bedrooms (they are quiet) and the air conditioner in the living room. We also used the radiator to heat the bathroom. 2. There are no problems with hot water. 3. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, and nothing woke us up. At the same time, there is a 3-minute market with delicious food and fruits, and the main attractions are a 20-25-minute walk away. 4. The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. We had an excellent time.

The flat was beautiful, cosy and in nice district. We love our stay and would recomended the place.

Appartement très agréable, très propre et bien placé dans le,quartier de Triana. Alvaro a été très à l'écoute et réactif a ́nos demandes. La terrasse en rooftop est un vrai plus.
