The spacious home and the reasonable price.

The doors need to lubricate, they creaked thunderously and woke up every soul in the house.

The whole apartment was nice & comfortable

Just a bit..for the second bedroom smells a bit musty. It needs better ventilation. The pillow is a bit thin.

Comfort of home away from home

Unclear directions to apartment block from the guards. Being asked by the guards each time driving out if checking out (dont they hv record of guest stay?).

The owner & guard are very responsive and easy to communicate with.We have extended our stay 2 more nights and the owner is helpful to provide us the invoice. Our stay at level 17. Not all pictures provided are the same.

The bathroom's cleanliness is not satisfied. The cabinet odour seems like it has not been used for a while. Based on the owner, management just implements rules for the visitor to park at the visitor lot.

check in and check out were easy. host is responsive to msg. i like the deco & layout of the apartment. my kids enjoy playing games provided. pool was great, the host provide ball and float for pool activities. there's shoplot near the apartment.

parking is not provided,only park at visitors' and need to walk a bit. should have parking because every lot has unit number. there's no mirror in second bedroom,need to share mirror in master bedroom.

I like the room arrangement & facilities👌 Superb stay👍

I really dont like: 1. The car parking was road side parking and not under shade. It suppose to have parking on the under shade why it was outside and it is unconvinienced for me. 2. The lift no.9 condition very bad by slow mooving with noisy😩

Toilet a bit stuck, anyway got three toilet, so still ok for us
