Good, quiet location. The usage of wood makes the room wonderful. AC works well (but is a bit noisy). Fully fledged kitchen and common area downstairs.

The mini fridge in the room is noisy, we unplugged it for the night.

But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible couple who run it. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they strike the perfect balance between being wonderfully attentive and respectfully discreet. They were always there when we needed anything, ready to help with a smile, yet never intrusive – a rare and beautiful quality in hosts. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like truly valued friends. It’s clear that they pour their hearts into everything they do, and it shows in every detail – from the thoughtful touches in the room to the genuine care they extend to their guests. This wasn’t just a stay – it was an experience we’ll never forget. If we could give it more than ten stars, we absolutely would. Simply put, everything was perfect. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.

The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful: attention to detail and everything tastefully decorated. The young couple owning the place would do anything to help during the stay. The place is in a village, on a quiet street and from there you can easily visit Transfagarasan, Balea or the many beautiful places near Avrig. It's a great spot to start your trips from.
