Idealne dla dwóch osób. Do centrum i plaży, kilka minut piechotą. Niesamowity widok z 18 piętra na wschód słońca.

Mało przyjemny zapach w łazience ( przypadłość większości mieszkan w Hiszpani) Uważam ze za tą cene jakies podstawowe produkty jak herbata, cukier czy sól powinny sie znajdować w mieszkaniu.

The location was convenient and central, making it easy to move around Alicante. The apartment itself was generally acceptable for a short stay and had the basic necessities (missing soap and shampoo though)…

The check-in experience was unprofessional. We informed the host in advance of our arrival time, yet we had to wait outside for her to arrive. Communication throughout the stay felt unfriendly and poorly managed. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations: the shower floor was already visibly damaged on arrival, the bathroom lacked basic items such as soap, and the entrance door did not close properly due to a missing screw. The most concerning issue happened after check-out. We were contacted and asked to pay a deposit that had never been requested before or during the booking process. We were sent external payment links and pressured to complete a payment after our stay, which felt inappropriate and raised serious trust concerns. We escalated this to Booking for clarification. Additionally, photos were later sent to us highlighting minor issues (e.g., plates in the sink, small marks in the shower, an item left behind) despite a cleaning service being scheduled after our departure, which felt unreasonable and intimidating.

Magnifik utsikt!

Jag brukar inte klaga men: Sängen var som en stor grop. Otäta balkongdörrar tjöt i blåsten. Otät lägenhetsdörr. TV:n hade dålig mottagning med i bästa fall en grovt pixlad bild. En av fyra hissar fungerade. Anlände ofta med max antal personer.

Lovely little apartment in a great location in the city. Easy to get to on the airport shuttle bus, and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Fab balcony with a great view, and a cosy apartment that was comfy and had everything I needed.

Las vistas y la orientación que deja entrar el sol desde primera hora. El equipamiento es razonablemente completo.

El ruido, durante el día hay un permanente ruido de la ciudad que hace poco apetecible la estancia en la terraza. El cuarto de baño precisa un arreglo.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio y ordenado.

Un poco pequeño. Mal olor en el cuarto de baño y mala señal de TV
