We loved this apartment it is quite compact but had everything you need including coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron/board, hairdryer, towels, washing machine, pegs, clothes airer and kitchen utensils etc. There is plenty of wardrobe space too. Mathias the host was excellent and met us to give us the keys and booked a taxi for us too. The location is great 2 mins walk from Luceros tram station where you can go to loads of places such as Benidorm( takes approximately 1 hour)Villajoyosa, El Campello and San Juan etc. The Marina is about 5/10 mins walk, old town about 10 mins walk and beach about 15 mins walk. There are countless bars and restaurants. Our favourite were D’Tables tapas, Thai Corner and Spiga Italian. The view is much better in person and is amazing day and night. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and recommend!

TV didn’t have signal but we don’t really watch TV on holiday anyway

The apartment is clean and nice, although it's smaller than it appears in pictures. It's well equipped with enerything one needs for a few days stay. The kitchen is small and not suitable for long term stays that implies cooking at home, but ideal if you are on vacation. We used it for our 20months old daughter's meals and was perfect. In the room there's a desk but no chair for it, I suggest adding one to the room's facilities. The location is great, but not so close to the beach.

Some things should be changed as they are broken or too old: for example the chairs on the balcony, some pots and pans.

The views from the balcony are stunning—we really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets and watching the port and the city from the 18th floor. The studio is in a great location—just a two minute walk to the plaza and tram and restaurants at Luceros, ten minutes’ walk to the Mercado Central, and a ten minute walk to the seafront, twenty minutes stroll to Postiguet Beach. Good sized fridge-freezer and the washing machine in the studio were appreciated.

There are some things that need attention/improvement: the cooking extractor fan did not work, one of the electric shutters for the balcony sliding doors did not work, the television signal is poor, the frying pans and some of the tired kitchen equipment need replacing. I don’t know what the requirements are in Spain, but there was a surprising lack of fire safety measures (no smoke detector in the studio , no fire blanket/extinguisher for the kitchenette or fire evacuation instructions for the building which I would expect to be posted on the back of the front door). No instructions on how to use the microwave, which we didn’t realise was a combination grill/oven until the last morning. The chairs on the balcony are worn out and need replacing. We had one key between us—a second key would have been useful. However, despite these issues, we would stay here again as the location and views were perfect.
