"Would stay again"

Great property with everything you could need as a family. Games room was definitely a bonus and great idea. Spacious so didn’t feel like we were crammed in. Shops near by making it easy to get supplies. No issues with parking. I took dishwasher tablets etc but didn’t need to as they were supplied. Great communication before and on arrival to.

Only downside was the quality of the mattresses as could feel the springs so did effect sleep but I’d still come back as soon as many other good points.

Room sizes were fantastic. Well equipped kitchen. Selection of games was very good.

Only one shower/bath. With a large group of adults this became a bit of a waiting game!

Beautiful and spacious. Exceptionally clean. Well equipped with everything you would need. Nice garden and games room. Coffee and tea provided. Nice touch of a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. Toiletries provided. Modern and nicely decorated. Great location in a nice area of plymouth. Fantastic size bathroom. Lovely lounge and kitchen.

Beds were very soft. Shower not very powerful.

Spacious clean good facilities. Conveniently located.

Would have been good if there was another bath/ shower room considering it can house 10 people. Also bedrooms all have single beds catering for the contractor market.
