Royal Sea Cliff Kona by OUTRIGGER

I liked roomy apartments, a huge balcony with a couch and a table. The kitchen has all you need. The dryer is really helpful. BBQ grill is of high quality, it's easy to make great steaks. You can play tennis or pickleball if you're lucky. The hotel is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to downtown.

The carpet in the bedroom smelled like drain pipes. I realized it after one night. I asked the staff to remove it. Once done, sleeping was much more pleasant. Also the carpet and or couch in the living room smelled so badly that taking a nap for 2 hours led to a running nose and watery eyes.

Good location, rooms were comfortable enough and close to the ocean

It would be nice if there was a restaurant on site

Free parking. 2 very nice pools, a great spot to watch the sunset. Nice spacious apartment. Walking distance to shops. The basics were provided e.g. laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent. Lovely lady operating the cafe by the pool.

Kitchen could have done with more appliances e.g. kettle was missing and some of the power points were not working in the kitchen and the rooms.

The location was great, lots of activities close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Our unit location was wonderful. We saw the sunrise as well as the Sunset. We enjoyed the amenities and used the grill area as well. Would definitely stay there again

We picked up the keys at the front door desk of the condominium. Very easy and seamless. We had received the instructions before arrival.

Checked in. Got a key. Went to the room. Key opened the door. Someone was still occupying the room. Staff fixed it within a half hour. They found another available room .

We stayed in unit 705. From the get go, we had a broken doorbell hanging there and the code they provided did not work. It was after a long travel day. Office closed so had to call and wait. Worn, tattered furnishings, broken tvs and too many codes for parking, pool, restroom and unit, Horrible stay
