Everthing needed in the kitchen was avaiable,cutlery,bowls,eeven scissors, very complete kitchen, hob, coffee machine,ketle,toaster,microwave. Comfortable bed. Excellent location.

The sofá was unconfortable. There isn't any light when cooking.

Location. Price. The shower was awesome.

There was an angry woman across the hall who would knock on our door and shout at us aggressively if we so much as spoke above a wisper. She said she works nights so I understand it's annoying if we keep her up but expecting absolute silence at 6pm is unreasonable. She got annoyed when we moved chairs along the floor and flushed the toilet?? As if we were going to not do those things?? She even got the security guard to come and tell us to shut up but he didn't seem too bothered; seemed like he had to do this regularly and was fed up with her. Apart from that pretty good place and exceptional value. A few things that could be better: There was no sharp knife so we had to buy our own (and even left it there for the next visitors :) No extractor fan in the bathroom so it smelt for quite a while after use No bowels No sink plugs Curtains did nothing in terms of blocking the light Not enough sockets for the kitchen appliances so had to jugle while cooking One of the ac units appeared to be just decorative and the other was very loud (but we just cooled before going to bed and it was fine) One of the beds was missing a quarter of the slats so you would fall through it if you sat at the foot of the bed

Very below than expectation

Old brown furniture painted white which was peeling off. Front of sink unit held together with exposed screws. One 3 socket extension lead with exposed wires for microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. Asked before visit about the type of coffee machine, was told pod machine but turned out to be normal ground coffee but internal fitting was wrong so couldn't use it as coffee spurted out all over the unit. No small plates just a mixture of saucers. Sofa missing a support so couldn't sit on it. Had to move the sofa bed to get access to an electric socket. Main control missing on shower. Light switch on "dressing table" area was loose and broken so didn't want to try to use it

Not much. This is a dump. Lots of feral kids running around, dangerous dogs, weird poor people.

No WiFi, no pool, dirty, ancient and mangy furniture, no sharp knives or egg pan, or bowls, or chopping board. It wasn't cleaned once in 10 days, no fresh towels, the sofa is lethal with slats missing, the only duvet was ripped to shreds and had blood stains. I hated it.
