Coconut Inn - Parra Goa

Had an amazing experience with Nixhon and his Coco Parra! The quality, dedication, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Nixhon is very professional, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The Coco Parra was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely enjoyable. nice people, nice restaurant, good rooms, decent facilities

"Everything was good overall. The host is well-behaved and helpful. There is a bar/restaurant available in the premises and the food served was delicious. However, I really wish there was a nice, decent restaurant nearby that served breakfast and affordable veg/non-veg thalis—especially for budget solo travelers. The location is just off the main Mapusa–Calangute Road, but it's around 1.5 km from the Mapusa Bus Stand. So, you'll need to hire a vehicle or catch a local bus to get here."

The property did not serve Breakfast, but the location was ideal for what I was doing. The building is neatly tucked away from the main road ( Mapuca- Calangute ) making the night quiet and peaceful apart from the occasional barking of dogs. Air Condition was more than adequate , both Fan and AC Unit are installed. Hosts were polite and ever so helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Room was reasonably priced and I felt that I got value for money. I would certainly go back again.

We were very happy with the facilities provided.The staff were excellent and very cooperative. We had a short but enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

Communication with Nixon was outstanding before we even arrived, he and his family who are involved with the Coconut Inn are extremely attentive. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel which is currently being renovated and extended, at the time of our stay the restaurant wasn't operational due to the ongoing work. We were given an upgrade to a two bed apartment from a single because of a lack of availability. The location is handy for Mapusa access yet it's in a pretty rural location. We used the hotel for an overnight stop enroute to Mopa Airport. Good value for money. Nixon can recommend an extremely good taxi driver who we used for airport access.

It could have done with being a little cleaner but it's fine for a short stay. The bed was fine for us, however some may find them too firm.
