When we arrived, the place was in an unsafe location ! They did not upload any photos of the outside, and that how they trick you !! When we got there we were very disgusted

The Location and the fact that they dont upload any photos of the outside to trick you not seeing how bad the Area is !!

We had booked for 3 nights. On our first morning, there was no water and no provision. They said a technician was on its way to check their tank @10am after we asked why there was no water. They kept ignoring our texts. The guy on the premises said if we checkout it's on us (horrible attitude). We left the premises at around 2pm still without water. We booked nearby and they had provision for water. We basically lost our money for two nights. How do they allow the tank to go empty when running such a business knowing very well that there are water issues in every area?
