Ando Living - Flores 200 House

The Passcode is not working, I spent more than 10 min to call the people twice, the response is not what I expect. don't like the service .

Central location, nice view, quiet at night (ask for flat at the back of the building)

Separate matrasses would have been better

Property is centrally located. Very clean and modern. Easy self check-in. The complementary wine, nuts and linen spray was a sweet touch.

Ando living is processing a €150 inconvenience fee that I charged them for our inconvenience.

This property was not prepared to host clients. The bathroom sink was filthy. The drain would not drain. Black gunk would appear while I was brushing my teeth and washing up. Towels were stained. Security safe was broken. Decorated pillows smelled like someone’s greasy hair. Sleeping pillows had an odor to them. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. They need to replace ALL pillows and towels, fix the safe, unplug the drain, ensure shower gel and shampoo bottles are filled.

Great location.

Requested new towels on day 4 of a 5 day stay. No acknowledgment of request and no fresh towels arrived.

ボルトの中心地、セオベント駅の近くにあり、航空機や鉄道を使った移動アクセスが良い。観光ポイントの中心に位置しており、徒歩での観光にも便利。賑やかな通りに面しているが、夜間は静かで、また周辺には飲食店も多数あり、何かと便利。エレベーターを使って上階まで行けるので、荷物があっても大丈夫。 アパートは清潔で、設備も整っており、快適に過ごすことができた。
