Apartamento Narama zona 13

Check-in was really easy, host provided clear instructions in Spanish ( I had to translate) everything was as described and easily accessible. Apartment was very nice, clean and kitchen was stocked with essentials. We were there for about 8 hours but got to shower, shop around the neighborhood and even took a nap. Great location. I believe there’s a nice view from the balcony but I forgot to check it out at night but in the daytime it looked pretty cool.

Tricky check in.

Location: close to the airport. Also they helped me to arrange a taxi.

The apartment is too basic and I had to pay in cash to the cleaning lady. How an apartment in Booking ask the traveler to pay in cash? Is it allowed?

I liked nothing given the circumstances.

I had arrived after a 9 hour drive and had booked this hotel days in advance and PAID FOR . When I got there they had stated that they had given up my room and the hotel was fully booked. How was it fully booked when they took my money and confirmed my reservation? Then the front desk woman proceeded to tell me that she had a friend that will take me to his house for an extra 100$. I am from California and was immediately feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, also it was 9 pm at night. Booking told me that they would help me with covering the difference to the other hotel and they never sent it to me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience ESPECIALLY when I was in a foreign country that I felt very unsafe in already.

Very nice clean and customer attention is fast

Great location, perfect little apartment, there wasnt a grill on the patio like in the pictures but free sodas, coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Also the price is really good for what you get. Best place we stayed in all of guatamala. Thanks
