Beautiful 10 Berth Caravan

Absolutely shocking and disgraceful ‘service.’ Never gained access to the caravan for our holiday and were left stranded outside for 2 hours in the cold. Tried to contact the owner through calling, messaging and booking.com with no response! Ended up having to contact booking.com who tried to investigate and came to the same conclusion. Luckily Broadland Sands Holiday Park had a caravan, although I had to pay another £220 on top, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend going direct! Do not book this caravan unless you want to be disappointed, avoid at all costs.

Everything was good

I personally think that little things like extra toilet rolls, bin bags and washing up cloths would be a great help, we did leave some bin bags for the next people

The site was nice

The lack of communication, poor and incorrect instructions spoilt the trip. I sent a message about our pending trip to the owner and got no reponse. I tried calling and it was a fax machine. I had to call Booking. Com for basic information about our arrival. I had a further question which I sent to the owner and no response. The postcode was wrong they sent and we ended up in a different place. There were NO instructions for anything in the caravan. It took half an hour to try and figure out how to use the cooker. The sheets in the main room weren't cleaned properly and had stains on them. Overall very bad. We were glad to leave

Lovely spacious caravan, had everything we needed. Had a fabulous time.

An outside deck would have been nice in an ideal world. But not a big issue.

I like the space we had , very nice and comfortable place to spend time with family … if I knew is that good would book for more nights …
