Great apartment, would highly recommend Will stay here again when in Belfast

Lovely self contained accommodation

Not a thing

The apartment was in a good location and it looked like it was recently done up. Modern looking kitchen and living room, with a cosy looking bedroom. There was on street car parking and it is located about a 10-15 minute walk to town and to great restaurants and bars. The management were easy to contact and had no issue getting a prompt reply.

We were told that the heating was controlled by a portable thermostat, however when we got there it was nowhere to be found. I had received a message earlier that day to explain how to get into the house and how to control the temperature from the management company. However this now looks like it was a template that gets sent out as obviously nobody had taken the time to make sure the thermostat was still there. In the morning we were unable to use multiple electrical appliances as it would trip a switch, so we had to do one thing at a time. I will say that when contacted someone was sent out very promptly and was able to resolve the issues, but it was a bad start to the morning. The mattress could also do with being changed as it is quite lumpy and has a big hollow in the middle of it. Both myself and my partner had a trouble sleeping on it. Would also benefit from adding in simple things like salt, pepper, kitchen paper into the kitchen. Had all the other utensils but not basics.

The central location and excellent facilities, and the hospitality pack.

It could do with a small coffee table near the arm chair and the back yard could do with a clean and tidy.

The location was very good for my visit because my primary focus was an exhibition at the Ulster Museum , which was very close. Belfast is very easy to walk around, and bus services are excellent. Communication with the host was very easy, and a couple of little housekeeping details were soon dealt with..
