Excelente ubicación, vistas impresionantes, camas cómodas y las habitaciones de buen tamaño, unas terrazas espectaculares.

Es imprescindible mejorar o aclarar el tema de las basuras y como poder tirarlas en los contenedores cercanos a la casa, mejora de los baños y las cisternas y aviso previo de la posibilidad de cortes de agua por límites del depósito.

This was the worst travel experience I’ve had in over a decade. We arrived at this “luxury villa” to find feces on towels, hair and stains in the beds, and an overwhelming smell of rot and filth. The property was clearly never cleaned before our arrival. I contacted the host immediately — they admitted in writing that a “deep cleaning was missing” and said a cleaner could come the next day. We were 6 people with nowhere to stay, and Booking.com offered no solution unless the host canceled (which they refused to do). We left the house two hours after check-in and slept in our car. The host later tried to deny the problem and offered only €300 back out of nearly €2,100 paid (incl. deposit). It was insulting. I have photos and written proof, which I will be sharing with consumer protection authorities and on public platforms. Booking.com should delist this property immediately. It is a health hazard, and the host showed zero responsibility or care. No one should have to go through what we did.
