Breakfast spread was good.

Pillow too soft, fitness room gym facilities were old, either spoilt or not working.

Villa was beautiful and spacious. Great that there was buggies to transfer you to different areas of resort as quite large. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and staff were all lovely. Kids loved standing on the beach watching the planes land. Italian restaurant just outside the gates was amazing. Great place for a few nights if you want to be near the airport.

Unfortunately water park was closed and instead had bouncy castles near the beach which once it got warm in the day you could not go on as they were too hot. Was advertised there would be a blow up pool with slide however was advised by beach staff it had not arrived yet (signage around resort stated it was there) Main restaurant was closed on the night we went to go for dinner although stated all day dining. Beach restaurant service was very slow and not very attentive. Pretty dissapointing seeing we were the only people at the restaurant for dinner.

when I arrived air-condition in my room was overheating and not working properly, when I called reception technicians came and did not succeed to repair it, it two hours to determine this and eventually I had to move to another smaller room which was inconvenient

The waterpark was perfect for our kids, 2 & 7 years old. Nice breakfast, good compact family rooms.
