The water Park was fabulous for the family to enjoy. Close to lots of great restaurants. Beach and beach pool were great. Shuttles to get around the resort were very handy in the heat.

If you are looking for somewhere close for shopping for things that are not food this is not the place for you . However if you are prepared to travel to shop transport is easy to get.

Территория и аквапарк

В номере семейный люкс система кондиционера работала неисправно, если в спальне кондиционер отключен, то в других комнатах он тоже не работает к сожалению.

"Gigantisk resorthotell med badeland for større barn."

Rent, ryddig, fine områder. Passelig stort badeland som opplevdes trygt, passer dog for litt større barn; fra 122 cm.

Altfor stort, veldig mye folk. Frokostsalen var bråkete og folksomt. Bråkete musikk ved fellesareal.

Water park was great Beach was great

Our room was changed the day before arrival - surprise! Promised a complimentary dinner, which the restaurant had absolutely no idea about. Rooms are tired, and the cockroaches are clearly long‑term residents. Buggies took so long we gave up and walked. Great fun with kids in the heat. Breakfast buffet felt less “holiday” and more Hunger Games. We had a pair of sunglasses taken from the table by a waiter or waitress. We asked all staff about the glasses and they said no one touched the table. Then we raised it with the manager who went to check CCTV and the glasses magically appeared. I was given a sugar syrup with ice as an apology. Checkout luggage pickup never came. Four calls later, someone finally answered. Eventually.

Near to airport and beach

The hotel doesn’t accept credit card for deposits. I was asked to pay either USD200 in cash, THB6000, or deposit a passport. Fortunately, they reduced the deposit to THB2000. It’s quite inconvenient when hotels only accept cash for deposits, especially since travellers nowadays prefer using credit cards.
