This question is irrelevant. Read the next part.

Initially intended to give them a 6 or 7 rating, but after the fraud they have committed, even 1 is a bit too generous. What is the fraud you ask? They have somehow managed to give themselves a rating of 10 from my account along with a comment. How does Booking.com allow this is a different problem. It makes me question any review or ratings that I see on Booking.com. And if someone at Booking does read this - you have made it harder to find a relevant customer service channel than to send rocket ships into space.

Very nice decoration, ambiance and helpful personel.

Hot water in the showe was not plentyful and water in taps were not available during the night. Breakfast could have other options.
