Clean, convenient apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Toiletries and washing soap for laundry provided. Responsive and kind hosts. Easy to retrieve keys.

Not the fault of the hosts, but the neighbors upstairs were noisy in early hours (5:30am) many days, the hosts promised to comment this with them.

It was very clean and tidy. It had toiletries, washing machine pods and good electrical appliances in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good location for us, near all shops and restaurants.

I think the owner is exceptional, and everything is really good. Pictures are absolutely real. The place is clean, close to the center, a commercial center 2 min away, easy to park, close to the main attractions.

Everything is so good, impossible to say anything. It is been a while that when I go to Icod, I always come to this place. I really recommended. Good place and very good people take care of it

Icod center is so easy reachable by foot. The host corrects issues that we have found without any delay. Apartment on the zero floor is fast to reach from the street. Comfortable living room and sofa. Solid table and Internet connection for online working. Living at the top of Mercadona gives you the comfort to get what you need if you need it.

Pedestrians having direct view into the bedroom (no day curtains but windows at their eye height). The alarm clock and morning waking up encouragement to some child every morning at 7 am clearly hearable through the wall (must be a neighbour). We didn't like the smell in the bedroom and in the wardrobe. The clothing wardrobe doors should be fixed. Shower doors and other details could be cleaned better :)

The apartment is clean, free parking is available, good location to explore Tenerife. Staff was friendly.

A few things are missing, such as shampoo and degreaser. The hot water lasted only enough to take two short showers.

Finally, a well equipped kitchen with good knives, a boiler toaster, etc. There was also a roller shutter, so the bedroom could stay really dark.

The matras was a bit too soft, both our backs where getting a bit sore after a few days.
