Trinity Resort Hotel & Spa

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

They had a kettle for making tea

The towels were not readily available. We were given one towel and yet the booking indicated two people. The bathroom needs to be redone to stop water from flowing into the room

The pool area & the breakfast were nice.

The Staff were not welcoming & were not polite. Customer care needs a lot of improvement.

The staff was attentive and friendly, Breakfast was laid in the gardens with fresh fruits, tea plus eggs. They were flexible, my breakfast was served on time. The Breakfast Menu considered my special dietary needs of diary-free foods. The hotel also has a good feedback mechanism that greatly helps solve a guest's concern. With Location: It has access to entertainment attractions, I managed to move to XHUB for some dancing experience, and Transportation is readily available although I walked, I liked the fact that the noise levels within the hotel space are so low which offers a peaceful and a quiet environment. I will go back for a long stay!!!!!

The reception was good, the stuff were welcoming the meals were also very good. Wish everyone could go and taste that calm environment and the hospitality

The place is quiet and calm. The hosts are fine.

Their food was terrible. Lunch took over 2 hours to be ready. The chicken had overstayed and was smelly. Rice was bad.
